If there is one calcium rich food that I could eat all day long it has got to be yogurt. There is just so much variety when it comes to yogurt that you simply cannot go wrong with it. Straight out of the dairy and fresh as a daisy, I am a huge fan of this wholesome product. You can get it as plain or as flavorsome as you like as well. I am a huge fan of basic fruit flavored yogurts such as the strawberry, blackcurrant, blueberry, raspberry and mango flavors. These can all be bought in large packs from my local supermarket and also a local dairy outlet, for a very reasonable price indeed. I will always eat at least a couple of yogurts a day and they never ever get boring. I take them to work with me and also college in the evening, and when I go to the football at the weekend I always take a few with me to eat then too.
